- INTRODUCTION
-
-
-
-
- Here's the 6th MagicWB (© Martin Huttenloher) package from me,
- Jan-Tore Eliassen.
-
- This package doesn't contain that many "real" icons, but I had to get
- them out to you or they'd been staying on my harddisk 'till I got a
- crash or something!
-
- Use'em or loose'em!! ;-)
-

-
- CONTENTS
-
-
-
- This package contains 37 MagicWB icons, 2 brushes for ToolManager
- (© Stefan Becker), 96 lame pattern icons and a huge memory eater of
- a WBPattern, which Wolverine of Myth created.
-
- Some of the icons I've just scaled to standard MagicWB size so the
- Workbench looks better.
-
- I got the idea for the PatternIcons after seeing the "Abstract"-
- ImageDrawers. Use them as templates or whatever you want!
-
- The MUI_Sat icon is for a satellite program I hope someone will make
- someday for us channel surfers!!

- INSTALLATION
-
-
-
- Click on 'ClickForColors' for the NEW MagicWB v2.0 palette.
-
- Use a icon update program: MUI_IconUpdate, IconUpdate, SwazInfo or
- Iconizer, which preserves the tooltypes and position of the icon,
- to update your old icons.
-

-
- NOTE
-
-
-
- All the icons in this package are in 8 colors, 3 bitplanes.
-
- MagicWB v2.0 have a demon that controls the icons (and patterns) so
- that they have the correct colors. So if you use more than 8 colors
- on your WB, the icon colors will not be fucked up! This makes
- MagicWB v2.0 nearly as fast as the standard 4 color icons.
-
- There's a utility available now that I can't remember the name of,
- that let you poor sods that doesn't have registred MagicWB can
- use instead of the MagicWB 2 demon. You can also use IconDepth for
- converting them to 3 bitplanes (this will also elimenate ugly icons
- if you use 16+ colors) aswell as speeding up your Workbench a bit.
-
- MagicWB look best for screens sized 640x512 and above. Don't use it
- with 640x256 screens, it's FUCKING ugly!
-
- Icons are meant to replace the text in a GUI-Graphic User Interface,
- so avoid using large fonts on the WB. XHelvetica 9 or 11 are big
- enough for the WB. Just a friendly advise!!
